1. Obtaining a US visa is the responsibility of the participants and observers. SOM can provide official invitations for participation upon request.
  2. English will be the official language used during SOM. If an active participant needs a translator, then the active participant is responsible for locating and paying for a translator. At the active participant’s request, SOM will assist in locating a translator, but SOM cannot guarantee success.
  3. A participant who is 18 years old or younger at the time of SOM is required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during his or her stay at SOM
  4. Participants who are 18 years old or younger at the time of SOM and who do not have a parent or legal guardian accompanying them at SOM must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form.
